About Us
Josie’s goal is to help remove the stigma that many of us have regarding seeking counseling. Know that you do not have to have a mental illness in order to seek out or benefit from counseling. Seeking counseling is a form of self-care. Seeking counseling means you recognize and value your wellness and are taking active steps to continually improve yourself. It means you are taking the next step toward becoming a better you.
Josie Rose, MSW, RSW is a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist Counsellor, Mental Wellness Consultant, and group and workshop facilitator of mental health psycho-educational programs for individuals and companies, and agencies.
